Eagle Water has secured its own
permit from the North Carolina Division of
Water Resources that allows Eagle to
continue to pump and enjoy access to the
water, even if the mining operations cease
or discontinue for any reason
The contract between Eagle Water and PCS
provides that PCS will make all reasonable
efforts to make the provision of water to
Eagle, as well as all easements and other
permissions to operate Eagle facilities, a
condition of sale to another entity.
This will include requirements on
such other entity to abide by the conditions
of permits held by PCS and Eagle with the
North Carolina Division of Water Resources.
